Marston’s PLC are looking for sites to acquire; either land for new build developments or existing pubs, hotels or buildings to convert.
With an enviable track record spanning more than a decade, we have opened more than 120 new sites, with funding in place to continue our expansion year on year.
We look to build hotel bedrooms alongside our new pubs, opening several new sites each year around the country and will consider pub/hotel locations on an individual site basis.
We are always looking to acquire sites on the high street and in rural areas to enhance our Revere brand offering around the country. In the past we have converted town halls, churches and wedding venues into our premium bars.
Most of our sites start off as land ready for development.
Our team of high quality contractors build our new pubs and lodges to our exact specification.
Our sites open to become the hub of local communities, with great food and drink offers.
