Marston’s Developments Limited is a specialist team focused on acquiring and developing mixed-use opportunities which are capable of being anchored by one of Marston’s family pubs and/or lodges. Typically we are looking for locations with a minimum population of 50,000 within a 15 minute drive-time.

Site requirements

Of particular interest are Local or District Centre schemes fronting new housing developments as well as suburban roadside sites suited to mixed-use development. Site size is not fixed but likely to be upwards of 1.5 acres and ideally 2-6 acres.

We are now looking in earnest for more larger sites to replicate our success. As part of Marston’s Estates Limited we are fully funded and ready to go.

Introductory fees will be paid on previously unknown sites – a minimum of £30,000 is payable for introductions (see terms and conditions on Finders Keepers tab) with the possibility of further engagement (where suitable)to advise on marketing, letting and sales on terms to be agreed. We reserve the right to use different agents for marketing etc depending on specific circumstances.
